How I 3x my Sales in One Year on Etsy!

In 2021 and 2022 I made around 40K a year, but after a few months of intense research, I learned how to optimize my shop and in 2023 I was able to make 3x that amount!

The research took time, but then implementing all the changes to my 300+ listings took what felt like, forever!

This is why I want to share this knowledge so you can start with your listings already optimized, rather than having to go back and make changes to each and everyone of them like I did!

What is the biggest trick I used to gain insight?

I looked at what my competitors were doing!

They have already done all the hard work!

Now you just need to find the top sellers in YOUR niche and see how they word their titles, descriptions, what tags they use, what long-tail keywords they use, and what their pictures look like.

Look at the style of photography, how are they showcasing their items, are they using mockups or taking their own pictures, etc.

So much useful information can be found just by looking at what the top sellers in your niche are doing!

I highly recommend using Erank to help you track some of the top sellers in your niche.

You can also do a lot of research yourself on Etsy. Look for shops with over 10K sales, then check how long they have been on Etsy by scrolling to the bottom of their homepage.

Someone that has 50k sales and only been on Etsy for a few years or less is a perfect shop to follow.

You should also take into account their social media following though. Some shops do really well because they are driving their own traffic, not because they have their listings perfectly optimized, so do keep that in mind.
